Oceanfront rooms have amazing views and spacious layouts. The elevator was slow and had issues during busy hours.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The oceanfront view from my balcony was simply breathtaking! I loved that my fur baby could join us - a must for a family trip!

The oceanfront views are stunning, right on the boardwalk. Rooms are outdated and need serious repairs, though. Parking can be pretty tight, so arrive early if you can. Nice that they're pet-friendly, but the furniture's worn out. I would look for a place with better upkeep next time.

The ocean view room was a highlight. The balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy the view and watch the boardwalk below, and being on the 6th floor helped with privacy. My bed was quite comfortable, though the pillows could use an upgrade. The kitchenette was decent, but the fridge had a fish smell. The shower temperature fluctuated, which was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the sliding door and broken furniture. Staff were friendly, and the cleanliness could be improved. Easy beach access made staying here worthwhile despite some drawbacks.

Great location with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with fabulous bedding. Kids loved the unexpected pool. Staff, especially Logan, went above and beyond—his assistance was invaluable. there were several maintenance issues: shower drain struggled, and the AC was inconsistent. Parking was a nightmare; more spaces are needed. Room cleaning only on request felt off, and the toilet situation was mishandled by night staff, which was frustrating. Despite the hiccups, I would return for the price, location, and friendly service. With some improvements, this place could truly shine.

The balcony views are just killer. Staff really went out of their way for the whole family and even made it work for my dog!
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but worth it in my book.

we had a fantastic stay at paradise plaza inn. the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect, directly on the boardwalk with beautiful ocean views. our room was large and comfortable, and the hotel was very accommodating for children and dogs. the oversized jacuzzi tub in our bathroom made our stay that much sweeter. despite some noise at night due to labor day weekend, we had a wonderful time in a fantastic location.

My crew and I had a blast hitting up the waterpark with slides higher than our grades! Then we crushed it at the go carts and arcade games nearby. Best vacay ever!
Wish there was a chill rooftop hangout spot for late-night squad parties.

On the plus side, the room we had offered a cozy sitting area with comfortable garden furniture on the balcony. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. The free toiletries provided were a pleasant surprise, and the am/fm alarm clock helped us wake up on time to enjoy the day. there were areas that could use some improvement. The heating and air conditioning unit seemed a bit outdated and struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. While the ironing facilities were handy, we found the iron itself to be a bit worn out and could use a replacement. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a downside for us as we enjoy having a hot beverage in the mornings. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but we did notice some areas that were missed during our stay. The laundry service could be more efficient as we had to wait longer than expected for our clothes to be returned. Despite these minor issues, Paradise Plaza provided a convenient location near the beach and boardwalk, making it easy for us to access the entertainment and attractions Ocean City had to offer.

Great location directly on the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were spacious and offered beautiful ocean views.
Some minor maintenance issues were present, such as electrical plugs and lamps hanging out of the walls. Cleaning could have been more thorough, with dead bugs found in the room.

We had a blast at the fun water slides and go-karts just a few blocks away. The kids couldn't get enough of the thrilling rides while my wife and I enjoyed watching them play under the warm sun.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a kids' play area for younger guests.

I got to people-watch from my balcony while enjoying drinks at the bar. The location was superb, close to the beach and boardwalk. The shops on-site were handy, and the staff were accommodating.
Loved feeling like a criminal sneaking through an alley to get to the front entrance.

Great beachfront location with convenient beach access. The hotel store offered a good variety of items. Enjoyed the property setting right on the boardwalk, providing stunning views of the beach.
Room cleanliness was subpar, with sand in the beds and bathroom issues. Maintenance problems persisted, like a malfunctioning balcony door.
